The independent entrance leads into a spacious well lit lounge/TV hall with a fireplace for the cooler nights, separated from a large dining room by French doors, both offering a spectacular view of the Dordogne valley The kitchen is well placed for servicing the dining room and outside dining area and pool. Bathroom and a WC are placed also conveniently on the ground floor. The 3 main bedrooms are on the first floor boasting the same spectacular south facing view with principle bedroom featuring a balcony. Covered outside dining area is equipped with gaz BBQ and has very easy access to the pool and sundeck. The Pool is closed from October to March.
