Lovely period terraced house in village centre

Our lovely welcoming home is based right in the centre of Overton. It is a homely, comfortable, stylish space and we would love to welcome you to make it your home for your break. It is a lovely period property with a big garden for relaxing in. The home is split over three floors meaning you have plenty of space. The open plan kitchen and dining room create a sociable space and we have a cosy lounge to relax in. The house is split over three floors with the lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The second bedroom, office and bathroom are on the first floor and the third floor is the loft conversion master bedroom with king bed. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking during your stay and our extendable dining table seats 8 people. The master bedroom on the top floor has a king bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a full bath and shower over top. We will aim to meet you to let you in or will make other arrangements if we're not close by and we will always be available on our mobiles, email and via Airbnb. Our lovely period terraced house is right in the centre of the village, The Old House at Home pub offering fantastic Thai food is directly opposite. A two minute walk will get you to the lovely high street with three further pubs, three coffee shops, a co-op, fantastic Bluberri, Number 1 George Street and Overton Gallery shops, two great charity shops, takeaways, Indian restaurant, greengrocers, florist, butchers, wine shop and much more! A five minute walk will get you to the River Test for a paddle, 10-15 minutes walk to the train station and a five minute drive (or shuttle bus) to the Bombay Sapphire Distillery. We provide menus in the house for some of the local eateries. There are loads of lovely walks locally and interesting things to see. Jane Austen grew up a five minute drive away in Steventon. We are a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, bus stops for buses to Basingstoke, Winchester and Andover are a couple of minutes walk away. Please note primarily this is our home rather than a holiday home so it contains all our belongings. So there is limited space for wardrobe space etc.
