Beautiful restored farmhouse, part of an ancient and substantial landed property, abt. 20 km south of the lovely Umbrian town of Todi. The speedway E45 Terni-Perugia is 12 Km far away. The villa is ideal for families with young children, it has a completeley fenced garden (for private use of the tenant) and it is possible to close the access to the swimming pool. The pool lies between the garden of the villa you rent and the owner's villa. The owner doesn't use the pool when the holiday villa is rented for the privacy of the guests (i.e the tenant has a pool for their private/excluisive use at disposition). From the pool you have a panoramic view over the countryside and hills, the pool area is equipped with beach chairs/umbrellas and there is also a gazebo with chairs and table. The swimming pool is 14x6 meter with a depth from 1,2 to 2 meter, romain stairs to enter the pool. It is equipped with night cover, useful to avoid loss of water temperature (usefull to have a warmer pool in May-June-September). The holiday villa is at 30 meters from the pool area.
