Located in Alykes area , 10 metres from the sea , with private pool , this villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people . It has it's very own BBQ and brick oven area to the rear of the property . Modern Villa with high quality furniture and appliances, air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge area . Some popular restaurants and tavernas are only a few footsteps away . This is a 4 bed luxury villa with 65 inch TV in lounge , uber modern kitchen with Neff appliances , Nespresso coffee machine ( coffee pods not included !) ,40 inch TV in kitchen free wifi , office , 4 bedrooms and underground parking for up to 6 cars , it's a beautiful location in Elounda only 10 metres from the sea . 3 bedrooms are located in second floor and one bedroom located on first floor . It has a wonderful large BBQ area complete with outside sink and brick oven . There is a beach right in front of villa where we have 4 sun beds and 2 umbrellas for guests use . Guests have access to all areas of our Villa including BBQ and brick oven at rear of property . We have a good local knowledge of Elounda , the owner is a local Greek guy who speaks very good English and is happy to help out with anything guests may require .We can arrange transportation from airport , restaurant bookings and any local activities guests require . This villa is located in Alykes area of Elounda on the road down to Kolikitha beach / Kanali area , it's an easy walk to the centre of Elounda following the sea or the main road . Many lovely restaurants are nearby . We have underground parking for up to 6 cars and the driveway which sits behind electric gates can accommodate 2 cars . There is also street parking outside the villa . This has 17 steps from the road to access the property thus not suitable for elderly guests and we don't have access to an elevator. This property has stunning views of Spinalonga - especially from the lounge , outside pool area and master bedroom. All bedrooms have balconies of which 3 rooms out of 4 have beautiful sea views. It’s unsuitable for toddler aged children as pool is not supervised and is an adult depth pool .
