Delightful Studio in heart of historical Bayeux

Studio Thiaumerie is a superb studio for 2 people on the ground floor of a 400 year old building in the heart of Bayeux. It was renovated in 2015 with brand new bathroom with extra large shower and kitchen area with hob, combination oven and coffee machine There is a comfortable 2 seater sofa as well as a full sized double bed, TV and free, fast wifi. The studio is south-facing and looks out onto a private courtyard. Chairs are provided to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Although right in the centre of Bayeux the studio iis at the back of the building and so is immune from traffic sounds from the street. On Wednesday mornings there is a wonderful street market right on the doorstep. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from Bayeux's famous cathedral and tapestry and only 2 minutes from the meeting place for D-Day tours. Whilst a car is not necessary in Bayeux there is plenty of parking less than 2 minutes' walk from the apartment.
