The apartment has a flat screen TV with free WIFI, Tea and coffee making facilities, kitchenware, extra towels and lift access into the apartment. Free allocated parking included in your stay. Fully kitted out kitchen with appliances. Comfortable, quiet & private. Modern clean bathroom with double power shower and heated towel radiator. Guests are left to their own privacy. Note bi weekly cleaning will be made available for long term staying guests including a change of linen and towels. Please note we will require our check in form filled out with identification uploaded onto the form before check in. We are also just a message away for any issues or tips during reasonable hours of your stay with us. Please note you will be sent to a different location first for key collection, which is 5 minutes from the apartment and then self check in will apply. However, it is very well insulated and so quiet; you wouldn’t know you’re in town centre. The apartment makes for the perfect business stopover or for a tranquil city break. Central to everything with transport links such as bus stop and far to the main train station. Please note we have a minimum age of 21yrs or over as the lead guest for your stay A deposit will be required for stays over 21 nights or over via Airbnb and a deposit is required if you are booking on any other platform at minimum of £300 depending on the length of your stay and is due before your arrival date.
