The vibrant town of Hebden Bridge is 2.5 miles away with its with cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries and many fascinating independent shops.The nearest village is Heptonstall, a medieval cobbled stone village with two cosy pubs. Within a few minutes is Hardcastle Crags, a National Trust owned area of woodland with mill and cafe. Ample parking (8+ cars). There is a mini bus service 1 mile away (usually half-hourly) to Hebden Bridge and Heptonstall. Taxis and mini-cabs from Hebden Bridge serve the property. There is one downstairs ensuite bedroom (2 steps into bedroom). There are also a few steps throughout the downstairs of the house. The house is situated in a spectacular private position at the head of a valley. Its dramatic views extend for 50 miles over stunning Yorkshire countryside. Hebden Bridge is 3 miles away, a bustling market town, and is easily reachable by train from both Leeds (around 50 minutes) and Manchester (around 35 minutes).
