Luxury Private Annex with a view in rural setting

The Old Maple Lodge is a beautiful and stylish annex of an oak-framed house, located in the charming village of Riccall, 8 miles south of York. Overlooking the original pond of the old manor house, The Old Maple Lodge offers guests a luxury experience, complete with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and kitchen facilities. Perfect for accommodating 2 people, the suite is beautifully appointed with opulent furnishings, and of course with access to WiFi and digital TV. Found on the first floor, The Old Maple Lodge has its own private entrance from the rest of the house and offers a quiet, cosy and luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. The ensuite bathroom is modern and elegant, with a large overhead shower, while the kitchen area displays a fridge and freezer space, combi microwave oven, toaster, kettle and sink amid the sophisticated oak shelving units. There is a table and chairs ideal for 2, as well as a walk-in wardrobe and changing area (hairdryer supplied). WiFi is available and there is a large TV with access to Freeview and Netflix. There is parking space adjacent to the annex and bus routes to the city from the village centre (5 minutes’ walk). The suite is immaculate and is sanitised before every guest stay, hand gel and santising spray is provided. Social distancing is guaranteed as the accommodation is completely self contained . Loo We live in the main house within the grounds of The Old Maple Lodge and will be available if needed to help with guidance for visitors. Access to keys will be via a key box which will be located at the bottom of the stair on the approach to the annex. Privacy is offered if you would prefer no interaction but we are very friendly and will be on hand if you need us. Riccall is a quiet and picturesque village surrounded by beautiful, open countryside. Its great facilities include 2 village shops, a local pub ( need to check if serving food at the moment), a lovely Italian restaurant and a doctors surgery. It is on the main bus route to York (25 min journey) and is ideally situated to explore the amazing villages and coastal towns of the Yorkshire Moors and surrounding areas. We are also only 10 minutes’ drive from MacArthur Glen Designer Outlet (also on bus route).
