From Cernosice you can get to Prague by the local train - it takes approx 20 min to get to Prague main station from Cernosice. Furthermore, Cernosice are in the closeness of Karlštejn Castle, Dobřichovice, America caves, Kačák Valley and the monastery complex of St. Jan pod Skalou, Brdy mountains etc. In the town, there are also cafees and restaurants. Accessibility by car to the center of Prague is about 25 minutes, by train Prague Smíchov 15 minutes and 20 minutes Prague Central Station. The Černošice - Mokropsy train station is about a 15-minute walk away.
