Cosy private rooms near the Kulturfabrik in Esch

Cosy private rooms with private living room, kitchen, TV, sofas and a private W.C. You basically get the full ground floor of the house. There is a big bath room with bathtub, shower and sauna you can use freely as well as a garden with porch. The house is located exactly in front of the Kulturfabrik in Esch, all commodities are close by. The train station is 10 min walk, Belval 15 min by bus.There are three guest rooms available. I'm living in the house on another floor with my two small dogs. Classic, three floor house (Maison Maître), free on three sides, with garden. PLEASE NOTE, I'm constantly trying to upgrade the rooms following the feedback of the guests. I added some sofas and TVs and will probably add some new stuff over the time so the pictures may vary from the actual room with some new percs. Also, you should not expect the garden to be as green in Winter as shown in the pictures. Thanks for your understanding on this. :) The house is big enough for everyone to have their privacy. The three bedrooms as well as the fully equipped guest kitchen are located on the ground floor of the house. There is a private guest W.C. as well as a garden where you can have a bbq for example. You can feel free to move around, use the washing machines or any other appliances and come and leave as you wish, no matter if early in the morning or very late at night. Your rooms are completely private, have locks and no one will ever enter except on request. The only shared room is the big bathroom on the first floor. There is one guest room with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a double sofa bed and a single bed. Two rooms have TVs with DVDs and free Netflix, 500mb/s Wifi is also included. The guests have free access to the garden, one, two or three bedrooms (depending on your booking), the kitchen, the bathroom, washing machines and a guest WC. You can come and go whenever you want. Late during the night is not an issue as well. Just feel free! You can reach me by phone, or just talk to me at the house if you need or want to know anything specific. But there is no need for interaction if you don t want, you can have as much privacy as you want. Belval (University, Work, Shopping, sight seeing) is about 15 Min. in Public transport (5 by car), Luxembourg City Center 40 Min (12 Min. by car) . away from the house by public transport. The House is very close to any commodities: There is a nice shopping mall just 2 Minutes walking distance away that's open every day till 20:00 (except Sundays till 13:00). There is a gas Station close to the shopping mal that's open till 23:00 every day of the week. We have a lot of nice restaurants in the area. There's two good ones at 1 Min. walking distance from the house. You can take the train from Luxembourg Central Station to Esch-Gare and you'll be here in about 30 Minutes. There is a Bus as well as a Train to Belval (18 Min.) or you can take the car (5 Min) , in case you want to visit the Rockhal, University or if you are here for work or want to do some really nice sight seeing about the rich cultural goods of Luxembourgs past and present. If you want to visit the Kulturfabrik for an event, it's litterally 10 seconds away on foot, on the opposite side of the street. There are two very small dogs in the house. They are very kind and used to people. They have never ever bitten anyone, but they bark sometimes when people enter the house.
