The Stables at The Paddocks

Based in Whaplode Drove, in close proximity to Peterborough and Spalding. The stables provides a double bedroom with toilet and shower facilities. Living area with use of a pool table and hot tub. The accommodation is completely separate from the house and is set in 8 acres of land. There is a private patio area for guests however the garden is a communal area. I also operate a children’s riding school and doggy day care on the property so there will be a couple of dogs in the garden and there may be comings and goings from parents and their children. The hot tub is for your exclusive use during your stay but is in a communal garden. We will try and give you as much privacy as possible but we can not guarantee complete privacy when using it. *please note that the area is to only be used by a maximum of 2 guests for the duration of your stay Guest are welcome to use the patio area outside The Stables and the hot tub. We live in the house next to The Stables so are very accessible and happy for you to ask if you have any questions. Whaplode Drove is a village in rural Lincolnshire. Spalding and Peterborough are both about a 25 minute drive. The beautiful town of Stamford is half an hour away and is well worth a visit. There are fishing lakes next door more details are on (Website hidden by Airbnb) Public transport is very limited in the area. There is no WiFi at the stables and phone signal can be intermittent.
