Drusilla's Zoo Park and Knockhatch Adventure Park is a 5-10 mins drive as is The famous Ashdown forest, and Cuckmere Haven for walking & paddle-boarding. The location is great for both families & walkers. NT places near by. The house can accomodate 1-6 people. The town center is less than a mile away with a selection of supermarkets and local shops. The house is on 3 floors and has a large lounge diner, fully equipt kitchen and a garden room along with a WC on the ground floor. The utility room is just outside the back door. On the 1st floor is the family bathroom, a double bedroom with its own shower and the smaller of the 3 bedrooms. On the top floor is another double bedroom with a full en-suite. The garden is private and secure. Parking is off road on the drive which can accomadate 4 cars. Parking in Hailsham is free and there are many car parks to choose from. A bus to Eastbourne, Brighton, Lewes or Tunbridge wells can be caught just around the corner. Polegate train station is a 10 min drive away and you can catch a train to London or Brighton.
