Dating from the 18th century, but now modernised for a comfortable stay.Situated near theWash land nature reserve but only a short walk from the centre of the historic market town of Whittlesey. Ideal location for walking , fishing and exploring the Fens. Nearby is the Bronze Age settlement of Flag Fen. Whittlesey has a railway station with direct trains to, Ely, Cambridge and Peterborough all with Historic buildings and interesting shops. The cottage dates back to the 1700s with 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms a separate lounge, dining room and well fitted kitchen. It also has a large family bathroom with bath , shower and double sinks. The whole cottage is well furnished There is ample parking at the cottage but the market town is only a short walk. There is a regular bus service to Peterborough and the surrounding villages. There is also a railway station with direct lines to Ely ,Cambridge and Peterborough and beyond. Quiet residential area with open fields adjacent. Walking distance to town centre.
