The second bedroom can be set up with twin single beds or a double bed. Bathroom with a walk in shower. A fully equiped kitchen/diner with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The spacious lounge area has free standing furniture and patio doors opening on to a large veranda. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and board games. There is a wide selection of maps, guide books and leaflets to help you to make the most of your stay. Outside, there is a large secluded garden surrounded by mature trees. Two separate decked/paved areas with a wide range of garden furniture, and gas barbeque. The property has spectacular views of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. We are located in a peaceful rural location but only 10 minutes from the A55 expressway, Anglesey, and the towns of Bangor and Caernarfon. There is an excellent pub/restaurant 300 metres away. One of Wales premier tourist attractions, Greenwood Forest Park, is within walking distance. We are ideally located for all the attractions that the area has to offer - hill walking, sailing, horse riding, climbing, bike riding, paint balling, adventure sports, fabulous beaches and historic sites. The area has become the premier UK location for adventure sports with Zipworld, Surf Snowdonia, Bounce Below, Tree Top Adventures, Rib Rides, the National Outdoor Centre and the National Mountain Centre all within easy reach.
