White beaches & wide mountains | have a great stay

We share our holiday home which is one of a kind in this region. Designing the house we focused on blended insides and outside living. A master bed room and one additional bed room offer enough space for a party of 4. Nearby you find everything you can be looking for: Beaches, Sports, Restaurants and beautiful cities to visit. The house is offering a 50 sqm indoor living space with an open kitchen. Through the big sliding doors you enter the outdoor living space with a large sofa and coffee table to relax. On the northern terrace you will find our outdoor kitchen with a WEBER BBQ and enough counter space to prepare your dinner. The master bedroom is on the first floor with dressing and bathroom en suite. We know the meaning of a good night sleep- you will love our Vi Spring box spring bedding. The second bedroom is on the ground floor with the bathroom en suite. All bedroom have direct access to the garden through sliding doors. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the roof top you will find a large sofa to enjoy the Sardinia sun. Guest have access to the full house. The roof top is not suitable for children. A friend of ours is living very close to the house and supports our guests in every possible way. He is not only handing over the keys but giving a good introduction to the house and all its amenities and can give great recommendations for the area. He is fluent in German, Englisch and Italian. Guests can also contact me during their stay and I will coordinate. Cleaning and linen fee of 200€ will be charged upon arrival in cash. Perd'e Sali is a small village close to the city of Pula. Perd'e Sali is rather quite and offers great sea and mountain views. Perd'e Sali has its own beaches, restaurants and a new marina where you can go for lunch/ dinner, ice cream, drinks, rent a boat or book a trip. The location of the house is very quiet with no direct neighbors. Pula has everything you can expect from an italian small town (~pop. of 6.000) super markets, shopping, multiple restaurants and bars. In the evening (as of 19:30) the innercity is closed for traffic to stroll around, enjoy open air dinner, ice cream or just some drinks. During the summer months there are multiple festivals and open air events in the city square. Pula is a 5-10 minute drive from Perd'e Sali (~ 5km) Santa Margherita die Pula offers very nice beaches and outdoor activities. From the house it is a 15-20 minute drive. The beaches of Chia are a little further south and are among the nicest beaches in Sardinia if not in the world. They are often what people refer to as the Caribbean of the Mediterranean sea. The beaches of Chia are a 20-25 minutes drive. Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia is a 30 minute drive from Perd'e Sali. Cagliari is definitely worth a trip on a one-week stay. As the economical and political capital of Sardinia it has everything you can be looking for... There is a bus driving from Cagliari all the way to Chia. The bus stops in Perd'e Sali. However, we recommend to rent a car. There are multiple very affordable option at the airport. Ask us for a recommendation. Please be aware that a cleaning fee of 200 € will be charged locally.
