Welcome to an outdoor experience where you can relax in comfort in calm and tranquility. And yet be free to explore the beautiful Medieval city of Domfront en Poiraie, cycle routes to Mont St Michel and the forests of the Andaine. Maybe you fancy the lake at La Ferte-Mace or the Casino and lake at Bagnoles De L'Orne. Or why not stop off at Lonlay Abbey for some delicious biscuits. Our site is a beautiful calm setting to enjoy nature, whether it be watching the many birds, sitting by the lakes, gazing at the stars or whiling the hours away fishing. Situated on a quiet idyllic campsite with a view of our two fishing lakes stocked with up to 55lb Carp. You’ll be sharing the communal kitchen and will find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, cooker, kettle, and a microwave. Your sleeping area is a cosy authentic barrel with 12volt lights. A small storage area beneath the beds. This barrel Poppy sleeps 2, in twin beds The bathrooms are communal, newly refurbished with two toilets and two showers. Lovely hot showers just the thing after a day cycling or exploring the local forests. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. For 5 euros per person we can deliver a continental breakfast basket with orange juice, croissants, yoghurt with fruit and homemade jam to your door And if you don't want to cook we are happy to share a well cooked homestyle meal for an extra fee. Specialties include authentic curries and scrummy pies but please book a day in advance. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the barrels. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property for a small supplement of 2 euros per day but please note space is very limited. All dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on site and poop picked up. There is a large field where they can be let off to run around. -Please take all your rubbish to local bins as we have no waste collection due to the site's location. - Respect others and nature
