Beautifully newly renovated former Cow Shed with a cosy but contempary living space, log burner, flat screen TV with free Netflix and wifi and plenty of space for friends or family to relax. Large master bedroom with en suite and a second bedroom with twin beds and family bathroom. Patio doors onto an outdoor patio area with table and chairs and gate access to use of a safe enclosed garden on evenings and weekends and surrounded by rural countryside and within an acre of garden in which Sandbeck Farm is situated. Perfect for families with children, couples or those looking for convenient but spacious accomodation when commuting or travelling. Guests are more than welcome to use the enclosed play garden on evenings and Fri-Sun when it is not being used for childminding purposes and is well equipped for children with plenty of outdoor toys and trikes. There is a patio area outside the patio doors for relaxing and outdoor dining. Breakfast supplies including tea, coffee, milk and cereals will be provided for guests to help themselves to and store cupboard essentials are all well stocked. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are all available for guests to use and all bed linen and towels are included. Please let us know if there is anthing you require during your stay - travel cots, high chairs, small children's beds, toy and book boxes can all be provided. The hosts are on hand to help with any questions you may have during your stay. Wetherby is a lovely picturesque market town on the river Wharfe with plenty of independent shops and cafes to explore. There are some lovely walks in the area, some great local restaurants and a market every Thursday in the town square. Ample parking outside and very conviently located for Wetherby (1.5 miles), York (13 miles), Leeds (12 miles) and Harrogate (9 miles). The East Coast, Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors are also great day trips. Extremely convenient for travel on the A1 and a great alternative to a hotel when commuting. Situated on a bridleway which leads to Wetherby this is a peaceful cottage to rest and relax. We do occasionally accept one night bookings but there may be one night stay supplement, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. Please send us a message if you are hoping to book for one night.
