Silleron Cottage

Restored by an interior architect, the "Maison Silleron" is comfortable and design, while keeping its authenticity. It is at the end of the hamlet, 3 km from Veules les Roses, 3 ml from the kyte spot of St Aubin. On 2 hectares, there is a private part of 6000m² with your 2 garden furniture, the bbc. The other part is the orchard, the enclosure, the meadow where we make hay in summer, a vegetable garden, outbuildings and the henhouse for good eggs. The garden smells of the countryside and the stopping time. The house is designer and bathed in light. It has a master bedroom. Bathroom and separate toilets. A downstairs bedroom with its private shower, sink and access to the garden. Two other bedrooms upstairs which share another in the shower room. The central room is made up of two spaces: one for the table of 10 people, the other is the living room with the piano next to the large fireplace. Behind the fireplace, there is the TV lounge. Next to the living room, there is a small room closed by a partition door, where you can isolate yourself to work. The kitchen has a central stainless steel island placed in front of a large bay window overlooking the meadow. Finally, the house has a total of 3 toilets. We will ask you 150 € on your arrival. You will need a car to come to Maison Silleron. The car park can accommodate 5 vehicles. On the 20000m², a part around the house is completely private (6000 m²). Saint valery en Caux marina is 5 ml away, Veules 1,6 ml away and then there is Etretat a little further 25 ml away. You are in the Pays de Maupassant. We will tell you the exact route and welcome you on your arrival. If friends join you by train: 2 possibilities. - Yvetot station, then the shuttle bus to Doudeville on arrival of certain trains ... Doudeville, you are 10 km from the house. Dieppe station. If you are coming from England by ferry, the port of Dieppe is 15 ml from the house. The house is large and very comfortable. You will be there in peace because the path only serves the property. There is no passage. Silleron is the starting point for walks on small roads or mountain bikes through fields and discover the countless castles in the region. We will show you the most beautiful routes. And then there is the sea. The bravest can go there on foot. You can practice diving, Kyte on the spot of St Aubin sur mer, sea fishing from the marina of St Valery en Caux. There is a slipway. For swimming and sunbathing, there is Veules 3 km away and listed as one of the beautiful villages of France. Finally, there is the small, wilder Saussemare beach .... Our favorite. You can play golf in Ermenouville. Very nice atmosphere for this small 9-holes golf course. Otherwise, there is the one in Dieppe ... not far from the center of Thallaso.
