The property sits up a little twitten (footpath) and is utterly charming, retaining a lot of period features including a stunning inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove in the sitting room. Please note this is a quiet residential area and not suited to loud parties. It's perfectly placed within the South Downs with Brighton & Hove just 20 mins drive and numerous country walks on the doorstop. Henfield High Street is a 5-8 min walk and has a wealth of amenities to choose from. After a beautiful day of sight seeing, or walking in the downs, the garden is a luscious spot to unwind. It is a quiet oasis, with plenty of space to bask in the sun, and it's an idyllic spot to relax with a glass of wine. If you fancy getting back indoors and getting cozy then watching a film on the wall mounted smart T.V is the perfect way to finish off any evening! When it comes to sleeping, all bedrooms are furnished with exceptional hotel quality bedding and towels. We won't be at the property in person, but you can reach us absolutely anytime. There's endless walking and cycling to be done, but you're also nearby to lots of lovely pubs and restaurants too. A bus service runs hourly into Brighton should guests fancy a days shopping or a trip to the beach. You can of course use local taxis or Ubers. By car it's just a scenic 20min drive. The proximity to Brighton and the seaside, whilst being nestled in the countryside really gives you the best of both worlds! You are located just 1.5 miles away from the Sussex Wildlife Trust, Woods Mill Nature Reserve which makes for an amazing walking experience. Nothing but pure nature and fresh air to breath in! All walkers and cyclists note that this property is meters from the 'Sussex Downs' link and therefore a perfect retreat for those on walking and cycling holidays!
