It’s a luxury pad for a single or couple. The bedroom contains a double bed and spacious built-in wardrobe. There is also a newly installed en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin, electric shower and heated towel rail. Although check-in is via a key safe at the moment for reasons of social distancing we are living next door in the main house and will be around to help guests with their needs as required. However the space is self-contained and you will have your own privacy. Our house is well situated close to the centre of the beautiful regency town of Leamington Spa. We are ten minutes' walk (or a short drive) from the railway station and main shopping area, and less than five minutes from the lovely Jephson Gardens. Historic Warwick, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon are 10, 15 and 20 minutes' drive away respectively and there are excellent public transport links to Warwick University, Coventry, Birmingham and beyond.
