The self contained annexe has modern decor, kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The living space has wifi, pool table and tv and the 2 bedrooms also have tv's (bedroom two is currently used as a music room with sofa-bed and piano). The bathroom has modern 3 piece suite with p-shaped shower bath. There are gardens (shared with main house). Gas centrally heated. Guests have full use of the private annexe accommodation. The garden is shared and part of the family home. We have a dog called Doogie (cockapoo) who has unrestricted use of the garden, he's a loveable part of the family. As much or as little as you wish. We are happy to give you your privacy but will welcome a more interactive stay if you prefer. The river gives a lovely dimension to our life with boating, scenery and great walks. We enjoy pubs, shops and a great community. The village is really accessible with the train station and public transport accessing Nottingham and Leicester. Everything is on hand but the nearby Loughborough town (5 minute drive) offers a greater diversity of amenities. We are close to popular wedding/ function venues including Prestwold Hall, Quorn Grange, Quorn Country Hotel, Rothley Court and Beaumanor Hall. We have also had guests stay who have been visiting Holme Pierrepont. Train accessing Leicester and Nottingham. Buses to Loughborough and surrounding areas. The East Midlands airport is approx. 20 Minutes drive away. We are approx. 10 minutes from the M1. On street parking directly outside the property is available (not a busy road) and cctv covers driveway. Parking on the drive can be arranged but please ask prior to booking. We have two small pet dogs who will happily come and say hello. Doogie is a cockapoo and Milo a miniature dachshund No smoking inside the property The £5 Supplement for additional guests always applies when both bedrooms are required for two people (ie. one guest in each room)
