Large guest-suite in an annex.

The spacious room has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). We are located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook with the train station only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house. There are a number of pubs within walking distance too. The lovely bedroom is located in an annex attached to the main house with the bathroom downstairs. The room is big enough to accommodate a travel cot and a single blow up bed (both provided upon request). The guests have access to the private patio and the ground floor of the annex where the toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge are located. I live in the main house and guests are more then welcome to ask me any questions if needed. We live in the heart of Liphook which is a lovely town. There is an outstanding bike shop, cash machine, pub (the Green Dragon) and coffee shop within 3 minutes walk of the house. Liphook train station (direct trains to Waterloo, Guildford and Portsmouth) is a 7 minute walk from the house and there is a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the house (services to Petersfield and Farnham). There are 2 local taxi firms (who can take you anywhere). We have three lovely pubs within walking distance of the house. The Green Dragon - in the heart of Liphook town and serves delicious Thai food. The Link Tavern - about a 10 minute walk from the house and is a Fullers pub. The Deers Hut - about a 25 minute walk from the house. Excellent food and a lovely outside space.
