Cosy, maritime, freshly and creatively renovated apartment in the original coachman's house on the Elbe, flooded with light with mini balcony on the staircase, double bed and third sleeping option in the loft bed, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. With a prime location, only one minute across Hamburg's Elbe Chausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (outside the door), or bus to the creative Ottensen quartier and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city centre. The flat in the old carriage house has been renovated with creative ideas to be cosy-individual and at the same time modern with fresh design and colours, without endangering the historical substance of the house. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub to relax in after long walks along the Elbe, Alster and the city. The kitchenette is equipped with three induction plates, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven including grill and convection and you can also eat with three or more people at the extendable cosy wooden table. There is a small balcony by the entrance stairs where you can drink coffee or smoke a cigarette overlooking the garden. We place special emphasis on disinfecting the apartment in the coachman's house due to COVID-19: This includes: 1. thoroughly airing all rooms before cleaning. 2. disinfecting hands and wearing disposable gloves when cleaning. 3. 3. first clean the flat, then disinfect it with disinfectant with a few minutes long contact time before wiping it off. 4.. Disinfect with diluted household bleach or at least 70% alcohol, considered effective against coronavirus. 5. washing all linen at the highest temperature recommended by the manufacturer. This includes bed linen, mattress protectors, hand and bath towels, tea towels! 7. we provide our guests with disinfectant, liquid antibacterial hand soap and household wipes to throw away.
