Lovely Monumental House in City Center of Leiden

Welcome to our monumental weavers house in the city center of Leiden. Located in one of the most charming and calm streets of the city! Just two steps away from the canal. The harbour is a 2 min walk. The house is fully yours. Its located in a calm street without traffic and just around the corner of one of Leidens most beautiful canals (de Oude Rijn). The bright livingroom with a big kitchen is on the first floor. The historical beams give the room a lot of caracter. On the ground floor you will find the quiet sleepingroom which is at the back of the house. The bathroom with spacious shower and toilet is recently renovated. The house is light and practical. We offer: - combi oven with microwave - fridge and freezer - fully equiped kitchen - coffeemachine (Dolce Gusto Nescafé) - Wifi - washing machine - dryer - irononing facilities - hairdryer - outdoor picknick table - baby bed & dining chair on request - Netflix (no TV channels) The house is only at one side attached to another house. If you want to relax, this is the place that will give you calmness & peace. For small babies and toddlers the place is safe & comfortable. In the bedroom is enough space for the baby bed. The spacious hall makes it easy to store a stroller. When you close the door on the first floor, the kids can play without any risk. We have a baby bed and dining chair available on request. It's possible to host a third guest at the attic. The attic can be reached with a foldable stairs. See the pictures. There is an open connection with the living room. We don't recommend this sleeping place for young kids, elders and people with difficulties to take steep stairs. The use is on your own risk. We charge 30 euro extra per night for a third guest. Its forbidden to stay with more than 3 people in the house. In case this happens we have to end your stay directly. For small babies and toddlers the place is also safe & comfortable. In the bedroom is enough space for the baby bed. The spacious hall makes it easy to store a trolley. When you close the door on the first floor, the kids can play without any risk. You can always call me in case of any questions + (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) If we don't have other guests a late check-out and early check-in are always possible. Don't hesitate to contact us! The supermarket (AH) and a wine/liquor shop (Gall & Gall) are really close (100 m). Also a sushi place and serveral other take away options are just around the corner. Within 5 minute you walk to the Haarlemmerstraat where you will find a lot of shops. Nearby the house (3 min) is a parking garage where you can park the car for 10 euro per day (24 hours). To unload your luggage you can easily park the car in front of the house. In the harbour (1 min) you can rent bikes for 10 euro per day. Don't forget to visit the market on Saturday (8 min walk)! In the harbour there are some nice bars and coffee places (2 min). Or just take a cold drink and make yourself comfortable at the canal just around the corner! We Dutch like to cycle! In the harbour (2 minute walk) you will find a bike shop where you can rent bikes. By bike it's 5 minutes to Leiden Central Station. By foot it will take you 15 minutes. By train you will reach Amsterdam Central in 34 minutes and The Hague in 10 minutes. We have a baby bed and baby dining chair available. Let us know in advance and we will place them
