York, Leeds & Wakefield within short distance. Smart TV’s & USB points. Travel cot, crib & high chair available. We have a 2nd apartment also sleeping 6, and a cottage for 2-4. Discounts 15% for week and 25% for month stays. This is a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a Zip & link ‘Superking’ bed which can be split to 2 full size single beds depending on guests requirements. The second bedroom has a ‘small’ (4ft) double bed which will sleep 2 people or can be used as a large bed for 1 person. For our longer staying guests we provide regular towel changes and clean linen on a weekly basis. With many years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry we now look forward to welcoming guests to our apartments. We too like to travel and aim to offer our visitors the little touches that we appreciate when away from home, helping to create the overall experience. We live on site and although we believe we have thought of everything if there’s anything you need for the comfort of your stay we’ll aim to provide it for you. We love meeting our new guests but will leave you in peace to enjoy your time here! A pretty village with a lovely church a small shop and post office nearby. It’s a good base for travelling in Yorkshire. York, Leeds, Harrogate, Wakefield, Wetherby, Selby, Hull and Doncaster all within easy reach. The Yorkshire costal resorts are about an hour and a half away. The immediate area includes The historic town of Pontefract, Pontefract racecourse, Selby Abbey, 4 golf courses and Fairburn Ings RSPB nature reserve is within walking distance from our property. Very close to A1, M1 & M62 making it ideal for business and leisure visitors alike. There are 4 train stations within a few miles of Brotherton, a limited bus service and several local taxi companies. A car is very useful with motorway links very nearby. Private parking on-site. The nightly charge is for 2 guests sharing 1 of the bedrooms, if both are required an additional charge of £10 per stay will be payable on arrival. If you are looking for a long stay and future dates appear unavailable we may still be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a message with your requirements and we will try to help. We will be available to greet guests on arrival and introduce you to the apartment. Please make us aware of your required bed configuration to suit your requirements prior to day of arrival and also your expected time of arrival. As a key is provided for your use during your stay we may ask for a key deposit which will be returned on checking out. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet and we ask that guests respect this. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated.
