HOTTUB, ART, SKIING, GOLF, FISHING & PADEL

Dear customers Due to the situation in Ukraine we are offering up our place to friends in need. Thanks for your understanding (From 5th April) New Chromecast so you can connect your phone/IPad directly to the TV. We have teamed up with a renowned local artist (Leja) and we are displaying some of her gorgeous artwork. Set in a small quiet village. The apartment is completely seperate from the main house. We have tried our absolute best to make the beds comfortable + hygienic. We have built over 65sq meter of decking area and just bought a new gas grill so you can enjoy cooking and eating outside whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Two separate dining areas exist outside, one covered by a new pavilion. Added to this is the addition of a new hot tub (optional extra) that makes the most of the stunning countryside views we have at the back of the property. This area is totally private and not overlooked by anyone. Obs:- most say the place is better and bigger than the pictures convey…. and that the beds were super comfortable... We have just installed a spa bath/ jacuzzi that can be exclusively yours should you wish (but at an additional cost.) Let us know before hand if you want to use it so it will be 40c when you arrive. Due to the ever increasing prices for electricity we are charging €10 per day for the Hot tub. Staying here 2 nights will mean you will have the possibility to use the tub over 3 days given our check in, check out times. OBS- THE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE TO USE THE HOTTUB FOR A SHORTER TIME AND NOT TO FULLY SUBMERGE YOURSELF IN IT. THIS IS THE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATION. ALSO TO SHOWER BEFORE AND AFTER USAGE FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE PURPOSES. Even though we live in the main house next door you are not overlooked by us or heard by us. Your space is private and we respect that. If you should need our help or advice we are always on hand. NEW FEATURE:- literally 3kms from us is a off the grid Irish pub that will take private bookings.!!!! PADEL:- this sport is getting super popular and we are members of a club about 14kms from us. We could book a court for you with all rackets and balls included and it’s inside so the weather can do what it likes. Courts for 4 people or 2. Country side setting, we live in a village where there are more animals than humans so just walk around as there is always something to see! Nice for kids to see calves, chickens and goats... Fresh eggs are available- just ask us Our nearest shop is 3kms away and open 7 days a week. But if you just want a soda or ice cream that’s just a 500m walk away.. Pizza place is 3kms away and they deliver!! Nearest shop is 3kms away which sells nearly everything you will need for your stay here. Our local Vallåsen ski center is only 24kms away. One of just a few in the south of Sweden. Having the ability to make snow artificially it’s open all season. A bus passes right outside our place in either direction, going to Laholm or Halmstad. We are 5.1kms from stunning Tönnersjö golf course. X2 lakes fit for swimming in are 6min drive away. 10kms from picturesque Laholm, 16kms from Mellbystrand beach(you can drive on it!) Halmstad is our nearest city (17kms) 30kms from gorgeous Båstad (Tennis paradise!) 12 minutes from the E6/E20 and about 25 mins away from the E4 so if you are driving by and just need a break maybe we can help? Easy to get to Copenhagen from us, about 1hr 30min drive to the airport. Imagine after a days skiing at our local resort coming back to our place to rest your weary limbs in our 40c hot tub! What a treat. There is so much to do and see locally to where we live that one week won’t be long enough! We have access to a sauna/ bastu house that is on our local beach (Laxvik) 12kms away. This has to be pre booked, takes up to 6 people comfortably. and costs 200sek total.
