Brancaster Stays Near Apartment

One of two self-contained apartments which must be booked individually, the other one is listed as "Brancaster Stays Far Apartment". Both have a kitchenette, bedroom with super-king sized bed, comfortable seating and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Situated 100m from a pub which serves meals all day (except for breakfast) and the Coasthopper bus stop. Close to the Norfolk Coastal Path, sandy beaches, bird reserves, golf courses, tennis courts, boating, restaurants and shops. These are totally private, self-contained apartments. They have a kitchenette with a fridge and a hob and have breakfast provisions in place so that you can arrive late and choose when to eat in the morning. The large bedroom has a wall mounted TV which can be seen from the comfy seating or from the super-king sized bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, basin and lavatory as well as a heated towel rail. The property has abundant parking and cars may be parked right outside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. There are great walks direct from the property. Turn right and Barrow Common is at the top of the hill with magnificent views. Turn left for the Norfolk Coastal Path and the Coasthopper Bus Stops. We are usually around but there will be certain times in the day when one or the other of us are off-site for various reasons. Brancaster Staithe is blessed with so many things in easy reach. Apart from the restaurants and shops, there are walks, cycle rides, bird reserves, beaches, boating, golf courses, tennis courts. There are many sights in easy reach by car or bus such as stately homes, wildlife parks, adventure parks etc. Apart from ample parking if you come by car, you can get here on public transport by using the Coasthopper Bus Service which runs from King's Lynn to Cromer. It can also be used for day trips so that you can go a point and walk or cycle back or vice versa. To enable cleaning on change-over guests are asked to leave no later than 10:30 am and to arrive after 3 pm.
