Comfy modern double room; your home away from home

Modern first-floor flat with vintage details. Quiet neighborhood. Convenience store at the ground floor of the building. Big supermarkets, gyms and coffeehouses just a 12min walk away. Bus stops are in walking distance, but Cyprus is not very popular for its public transport, so if you mind waiting you should rent a car. In case you don’t, I can pick you up from LCA airport - just ask :) I host guests in my extra bedroom which is equipped with a double bed, bedside cabinets, reading lights, wardrobes, an A/C, and a big mirror. The room can host either single travelers or couples. My guests have full access to the master bathroom as my bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom. You are most welcome to use the study room if you need to get some work done. A couch that can turn into a double bed in the living room can host 2 extra guests. Please note that there is no TV in the living room, but a projector which is connected to (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast. My guests usually rent cars as they want to be able to visit other cities with ease. In case you don’t want to rent a car, I can pick you up if you’re arriving via Larnaca airport (at a cost) - just ask :) I love plants and I have a balcony full of plants and a table than can accommodate 4 people. There is also a place to barbeque on the balcony if you’re feeling adventurous or festive! If you want to hang out together or want me to show you around, I’m more than happy to – just let me know in advance. I can also prepare breakfast for my guests on weekends on request. My apartment is a 4min drive from Pedieos Linear Park, 6mins away from lake Limni Mangli, and 10mins away from Nicosia Mall. Please note that in Cyprus we drive on the left. Bus stops to city center 5-10 mins away. My apartment is conveniently located with easy access to the intercity highway. I love walking and running at Pedieos Linear Park. The park consists of a 14km path which starts from Lakatamia and goes all the way down town to Nicosia. Make sure to enjoy the route or part of it by foot or bicycle! Please note I share my home with my cat who roams around the shared spaces. If you have a cat allergy, or any other issues with cats, you may want to look at other listings.
