Villa aan de Middelweg

Thatched villa for recreation, nicely situated, right outside Stavoren. The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The house has a lot of space, which makes it very comfortable for larger companies. The kitchen is fully equiped and there is a BBQ. The garden is all around the house and you can park right outside the house. There is a swimmingpool closeby which belongs to the Marina, but you are welcome. The house is nicely decorated, and all is well maintained, located in a tiny recreation side, called “Waterrijk Stavoren”. The house is surrounded by a large garden and has great views, to the front as well at the back. There is a spacious living area, and a large kitchen, fully equiped. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower and bath upstairs, but also a shower downstairs. Easy to use, after a good swim in the water at the back of the house. Guests are free to use the complete house. I will be in contact with the guests about a week in advance, to tell you all about the details. I will make sure the key is put at a place we both know, so you ar free to enter any time after check in time. I have all information written down inside the house, but if necessary I will be there in 10 minutes. The house is at walking/biking distance from the center of Stavoren. Stavoren is a small historical town, and part of the famous Eleven cities from Friesland. You have there some nice pubs and restaurants. But also a good supermarket. The woods are nearby, so for sailing, as well as bycicling as walking this area has it all. the house is most comfortable reached by car, but Stavoren also has a trainstation. And the house has a jetty, so you can also come by boat. When you come for the weekend, there is always a late check out on Sunday.! There are no new guests coming on that day, so you can leave as late as you like!. The house is located at the water, be aware of that with small children.
