Tea (incl fruit/herbal), cafetiere coffee, continental b'fast supplied. Plates/crockery m'wave and toaster are all in your room. Note, there is no full kitchen. Flat screen TV, SONOS & free WiFi Private ground floor entrance with no steps. Your own patio with additional areas you are welcome to use on a sunny evening to enjoy a glass of wine! Come and go as you please with your own key. No need to worry about disturbing anyone. Hairdryer, toiletries, towels, tea/coffee tray, fresh milk, OJ and selection of fruit/herbal teas. M'wave, kettle and toaster, WiFi, SONOS and flat screen TV are all in your room. Crockery and cutlery are provided for you to eat in your room or on your patio. You also have use of a large fridge/freezer in the adjoining garage. Sink/washing up area in laundry room adjacent to the room. You have total privacy as your ground floor room has a separate external entrance. Washing machine/dryer/fridge/iron, in adjoining area. Ironing board on request. Free parking in our driveway. There is an information pack in the room but we are more than willing to offer any advice on walks and places of interest and where to eat etc Addingham is a small friendly village with all facilities just minutes walk from the house. We have pubs serving a variety of food as well as a few shops, cafe's, pharmacy, and a friendly Co-op. We are less than 10 mins drive from The Devonshire Arms/Bolton Abbey/Tithe Barn where guests often attend weddings. We are a few minutes drive from the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and a few minutes walk from the famous Dalesway Walk. Ilkley is c3 miles by road or a pleasant hour and a bit walk along the River Wharfe. We are 6 miles from Skipton and 12 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport There is a regular bus service 2 mins walk away going to Ilkley, Leeds, Skipton, Keighley etc There are also railway stations in Skipton, Ilkley and Keighley. Or we also have reliable taxi services in the area. There are handy steps down to the village for a 5-10 min walk to the pubs/shops/bus stops
