Villa by the sea

This villa is approximately 104 sqm. Maximum 5 guests. Minimum 1 guest are 28+ yrs. old. The house was built 2006. It is 20 km to Stockholm city. There is a bus stop 50m from the house. There is a public beach infront of the house. From the house you will se all boats going to and from Stockholm. It is wonderfull to take a morning swim. (There is a sauna in the house if you need to heat up before taking a swim). Cleaning, bedsheets and towels are included. To stay in this house is almost as beeing on a boat. Here you will se all the ships that destinated to Stockholm There is a parking just infront of the house. To go to city you can take the buss that will take about 35 min or you can go by boat ( take longer time but are an experience that would be memorable) We as a host family live in the grey house near to this house Cleaning bedsheets and towels are included in the price .
