I do ask that you keep them downstairs, please bring a blanket if you want to snuggle them on the settee. The house / patio is a no smoking area. No Contractors without prior contact and assurances. Booking: Peak times mid July , August - 7 night minimum stay, changeover Friday. Off peak' times 3/4 night breaks, changeover Friday / Monday. Contact me if you need more flexibility. In terms of amenities, there is a small Nisa store a few yards along the road, a little further away is a good high street with a tescos and local traders. The Gym/Swim pass is for the leisure facility just along the road within easy walking distance. Great golf courses at Warkworth and Alnmouth both 'links' courses. Close to Northumberland coastal cycle route. There is unrestricted street parking. There is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet on the first floor. For your added connivence there is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Wifi code on the router. Key safe at front door. Please note - this is a non smoking house both inside the premises and on the patio area. Also naked flames -for example candles, tea lights, wax burners, joss sticks etc are not permitted due to fire risk
