The Adriatic Coast and the Republic of San Marino are in less than 30 minutes-drive. Casale Verbena consists of 2 levels: On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a large dining table, a relaxing lounge and a reading room with fireplace; here there are also the well- equipped kitchen and one toilette. On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a single bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. The space in the double rooms allows the addition of eventual other 2 single beds. The villa has both, a nice porch and a gazebo, where you can have dinner and relax; The pool is spacious and covered with wood. In the old restored barn, separate from the house, you can keep your car indoors, as if in a garage. Immersed in nature, it offers peace and tranquility to those looking for a relaxing holiday, but with the opportunity to visit the many beautiful towns and boroughs that surround it, such as Sassocorvaro and the Castle and the Caves of Onferno. In less than 30 minutes you can also reach the Adriatic Coast, for those who would like to enjoy a holiday by the sea, with entertainment, shopping and the many theme parks for children and adults. For nature lovers there is no lack of really unexpected views and landscapes, such as the dam of Mercatale with its grassy banks that offers a nice alternative to a day at the beach or the Regional Park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello, where one can enjoy hiking and trekking.
