Fully equipped individual farmhouse on large, quiet land. Ideally located for beautiful walks, discovering the treasures of Thiérache and Maroilles! Close to the Avesnois regional natural park, 20 minutes from Val Joly and its lake, 30 minutes from Le Quesnoy fortified town with a leisure center, 15 minutes from Belgium, near Chimay. I prefer weekly, weekend (2 nights minimum) and long weekend rentals, contact me for any other request. The ground floor is composed of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet. The first floor is made up of three adjoining bedrooms. You have to go through the first bedroom to access the second and into the second to access the third. The exterior consists of a courtyard, a large garden, garden furniture, two deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
