Light and Airy large single room

Quiet surroundings with a garden and parking. On a bus route or 25mins to walk to the city. Convenience store 7mins away and medieval ruins of Old Sarum approx 15mins. I have a friendly cat who loves company. A large single room for a female Guest (due to the shared spaces in the apartment) in a quiet location, just a15 minute walk from Old Sarum, the site that predates Salisbury. On a bus route, or 25mins walk into the medieval city AND with off road parking. (Public transport is not so easy on Sundays or after 8pm) There is a convenience store just 7mins away. The light and airy room comes with a tv and although not en suite there is only one other in the apartment and that is the owner, me. I enjoy talking to my guests about the area especially how well connected Salisbury is to the coast, Bath, Bristol and London. I do not provide meals but guests are encouraged to use the amenities of the kitchen as and when they want. I have a Wifi connection I am happy to help with local information and have a prepared information sheet that gives directions to the nearest shop, bus stops and walking routes.
