Nice private room with private shower and toilet in bungalow in rustic quiet neighborhood of Nieuw-Vennep. Very close to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Center, City of Haarlem, Keukenhof and other touristic opportunities. Walking distance to train- and bus station. Free parking in front of the house. Light room with heater, double bed (brand new box spring) TV, water boiler for coffee or tea and space to put your belongings. Also wireless internet and WIFI in the room. Ideal for one person or a couple. Next to your room you have your own private bathroom with shower and private toilet. Towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are available in the bathroom also. We are living in the house but you have your own entrance and key to your private guest room toilet and shower. The house is closed for guests but you will have everything you need available in your part of the house. We warmly welcome you, lead you to your private space and tell all you want to know. We are in for a chat. Nieuw-Vennep is a suburb of Amsterdamcity centrally located near Schiphol airport, Amsterdam and the historic city of Haarlem and Keukenhof are near by. You can visit several musea, for instance the Frans Hals- or Teylers museum in Haarlem. Ofcourse the recently renovated Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, but also the Cruquius- or historic museum in Haarlemmermeer are within reach!. On the other side are Leiden and Rotterdam. From Nieuw-Vennep you can easily take a bus or train to wherever you would like to go. Zandvoort beach is also easy to reach from here. The neighborhood we live in is really peaceful and quiet with lots of bungalows, little traffic and lots of green and free parking in front of the bungalow. Our bungalow is very easy to reach with public transportation. Bus 397 takes you in 20 minutes from Schiphol airport directly to bus stop Getsewoud Centrum in Nieuw-Vennep where we live. It's just 8 minutes walk from our place. Our place can also be reach by train. Train station Nieuw - Vennep is 25 minutes walk from our place. If you are planning to visit several places in the Netherlands save money and buy the Amsterdam-Region-Travel-Ticket for 1-day, 2-day or 3-day ticket and get a discount. Pay €18.50 for 1 day, €26 for 2 days and €33.50 for 3 days. You can buy the card at the Airport at the Schiphol Tickets & Info counter and the Amsterdam Train station and the counter of Holland Tourist Information. With this card you can travel by bus, train, metro and ferry's in a large area around Amsterdam including Nieuw - Vennep where we live. From the airport take bus 397 to Nieuw - Vennep, Getsewoud Centrum or the train to Train station Nieuw - Vennep. Unfortunately we are obliged to pay touristtaxes to our municipalty for our B&B at 6,05 % a night so we will have to ask our guests to pay €2,90 p.p.p.n. To save costs for our guests and ourselves we will accept this amount in cash upon your arrival. Breakfast is not included.
