Situated on the Rea Valley cycle route which passes through some of Birmingham's finest parks, and links Birmingham City centre with Cannon Hill Park and King's Norton Park, this townhouse is a perfect place to stay for work or leisure. A spiral staircase leads up to a spacious bedroom and newly fitted bathroom. Downstairs is a lounge with double sofa bed, SMART tv and a superfast wifi connection. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, washing machine, oven and microwave. Stylish townhouse with easy access to Central Birmingham. A few minutes walk to the local train station for access across the West Midlands. We can accommodate 1-4 people comfortably with a brand new bathroom and whole house just refurbished. Allocated off road parking. We won't hassle you but are available anytime for local tips or any questions you might have. Just ask! :) Quiet and private with off road parking. Easy access to the City Centre with local shops a walk or very short drive away. It's a great place to base yourself for work with a small area to open up the laptop. We sleep 1-4 with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime available when you are relaxing. We'll be available for any local tips if you need us. The local train station is a few minutes walk or 5 minutes to the M42 to London or the North. We're on the Rea Valley Cycling route taking you to Cannon Hill Park and the City. The train station is a few minutes walk away and the A38 to the City is very close. If you're going a bit further then the M42 is 5 minutes away with access to London, the South West or the North. We're local to Birmingham University and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. A short walk to the local train station or 15 minutes to the City Centre. Tesco's is a few minutes away with a cashpoint. It's a great spot if you're visiting Birmingham.
