A cosy three bedroom house centrally located in the small market town of Penistone on the edge of the Peak District. Great walking and cycling countryside on your doorstep. The trans-penine trail runs through the middle of Penistone and is less than half a mile from the house. A selection of local shops, restaurants, pubs and bars all within easy walking distance. Two spacious double bedrooms, one single bedroom. Kitchen diner and living room with open fire. Bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Small enclosed garden. We live locally if there are any concerns when you are staying. A friendly semi-rural market town (market day on Thursday). Great local cafe's, gin bar and real ale pubs. Local train station less than half a mile away with an hourly service to Sheffield and Huddersfield.Local buses in to Sheffield, Barnsley and Holmfirth. Holmfirth (last of the summer wine country) a 20 minute; Leeds 40 minute and Sheffield 30 minute drive. 15 minutes from the M1. Yorkshire sculpture park 30 minutes away
