Archipelago house on Tynningö

Our house is located on Tynningö, 40 minutes car ride from Stockholm City. Tynningö is a beautiful island and a popular holiday destination in the archipelago. The house is close to the water, just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There are beds for six people, two fully equipped bathroom, parking for five cars, fireplace and dining area with seating for 8 persons. Phone and e-mail. Tynningö has beautiful scenery, bike and walking friendly roads and some excellent trails to hike. There are nice excursions such as Tynningö Klack - Tynningö's highest point with wide views of the archipelago. In the lake Myrholmsmaren there is a public bathing area which is greatly appreciated during nice summer days. Free bus on the island. Car ferry and passenger boats to the mainland. Passenger boats to the rest of the archipelago. A 5 minute boatride from Tynningö will take you to Vaxholm, the "capital" of Stockholm archipelag, where you´ll find restaurants, cafés, shopping and ferries to the rest of the archipelago.
