Studio room in Kingston near Lewes

The room is very light with a comfortable bed. The house is close to Lewes, Sussex University and 8 miles from Brighton. It's a 5 minutes walk to the South Downs (15 mins to the South Downs Way). The location is normally very quiet and peaceful, perfect for walkers and cyclists. When the weather is good you are welcome to sit in the garden. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread and eggs will be left in the room. The room has a large skylight; it's very light even on a dull day. It has its own shower room, a very small fridge, a two ringed hob and sink. It is a good space to work in as well as to relax. This is an easy going friendly household, shared with a dog and a cat. When the weather is good you are welcome to sit in the garden or if bad have a cup of tea in my kitchen. I will be very happy to help you with any queries. This is a friendly village. The road is often busy with walkers going up the Downs; there is very little traffic. There is parking in the drive, a place to put bikes and local maps in the room. There is a pub in the village where you can eat lunch and supper. Buses to universities and Brighton are a 10 mins walk away. Buses to Lewes a 15mins walk. You can walk into Lewes across a field and bridge, this will take approx 40 mins. Close to Glyndebourne, not too far from Charleston, Farley Farm House, The Seven Sisters..etc. Trains from Lewes to London take about an hour.
