Beech House (split, one half let)
Beech House is located on the hillside overlooking Hebden Bridge. It is a quiet location yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes walk from the station. The house is split in to two so that the holiday let, with it's two double bedrooms, is completely self contained with its own front door. We live in the other half and are on hand if there are any questions. The accommodation is self catering but we supply breakfast basics. IF BOOKING FOR 5 OR 6 PEOPLE PLEASE READ THE SPACE NOTES. The holiday let half of the house comprises two bedrooms which cater for groups of up to four. These can be configured for super king size or single beds and all have Limoges 1500 pocket sprung mattresses Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms. PLEASE NOTE that if you specify four people you are just booking the two holiday let double bedrooms. For groups of five or six a third bedroom with a fixed double and it's own dedicated toilet and shower room is can be let out. This is charged at an extra £30 per head per night. This is a fixed double with a bay window and it's own seperate toilet / shower. It is on our side of the house and accessed via the upstairs connecting doors. The downstairs comprises a lobby and toilet, a fully fitted kitchen and the lounge with direct access on to the patio. The lounge has three comfortable sofas, flame effect fire, large screen tv, blue ray player, our CD Wurlitzer and a touch screen jukebox with over 20,000 tracks. There are a selection of books, games and guides. If booking just the holiday let side of the house, guests are completely seperated from the owners. If utilising the third bedroom, guests share the landing on that side of the house with the owners. Guests have full use of the private gardens and patio with garden furniture. The rear gate gives direct access on to the hillside paths. Although guests are left to their own devices once they have arrived we are always on hand to help if there are any questions or requirements. Ours is a quiet neighbourhood and the house is situated off of the road in it's own grounds and not overlooked. The rear garden accesses directly on to the hillside. The house is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Hebden and all bus services. When cleaning the holiday let we follow the Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol. We have off road parking for up to five cars.
