The house is on the edge of the village of Lubień in Smugawa, between Krakow and Zakopane in the mountain range - Beskid Wyspowy, in the Raba and Smugawka valleys. Nearby Mounts: Zembalowowa, Luboń Wielki and Szczebel. Less than 50 km to Krakow (35-45 minutes by car), to the salt mine and graduation tower in Wieliczka, thermal pools in Szaflary and the castle in Dobczyce. Zakopane and thermal pools in Bukowina - a little over 50 km. I cordially invite you :-) The cottage consists of two floors. Downstairs there is a bathroom and a living room open to a small kitchen and a hall. Wooden stairs lead to the upper two rooms. Each of them has a large double bed and cupboards. The bathroom has a small bathtub, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a small freezer, an electric cooker, an electric kettle, a two-compartment sink and the necessary pots, plates, cups and cutlery. The living room has a fireplace, 2 sideboards, a table with four chairs and a corner sofa bed for 2 people. Three doors that can be opened to the garden in summer, provide a nice breeze and allow the youngest to run around. There is heating in the house: electric heaters and wood fireplace with hot air outlets to the attic rooms. There is space for 2 cars in the yard. The wooden fence around the plot is not full at the moment, so I do not recommend letting your dogs loose. Dear guests, the whole house of 80 m2 and a plot of 560 m2 will be at your disposal. I live in Krakow and if you need help, call me. I have friendly neighbors and in most cases I can count on their help. The value of this place is the proximity to nature, the surrounding forests, streams and mountains. The location not far from various amazing and interesting places allows you to organize trips to Krakow's Kazimierz, Wawel, the Old Town, to the graduation towers and salt mines in Wieliczka or Bochnia, to Zakopane, thermal pools in Szaflary, Białka and Bukowina Tatrzańska, as well as for lovers nature and tranquility on numerous mountain trails and mountain paths of the Beskid Wyspowy or the Tatra Mountains. Distance to the nearest bus stop: 100m (runs from Monday to Friday). Distance to the bus stop: 2.5 km (whole week course). Distance to the nearest shop: 2.2 km. Distance to the E77 road (Zakopianka): 2.2 km. Distance to the nearest health center and pharmacy: 4.5 km. Distance to Krakow (Borek Fałęcki): 46 km (by car 35-45 minutes depending on traffic on the road). Distance to Zakopane: 55 km. I am asking you to take care of order and safety as far as you can, especially when it comes to the fire in the fireplace or the fireplace in the backyard. There is no washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV and radio in the house. I hope that the lack of these elements will not be a problem for you, and maybe it will even turn out to be an advantage of this place :-) The range of telephone operators is, but not very good.
