Family room, old city of Rostock

The room flat rate for 2 adults or 2 adults and their (up to 17 years old) children. THE PRICE DOES NOT DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN! However, additional adult guests have to pay additional 10 euro per night. In such a case we will make you a corresponding offer. The non-smoking room with a mini-kitchen is located in the central but still quite part of the historical city. The accommodation is placed in the basement of our family house. In the 5 min walking distance you can reach the main shopping street, tram stop and the city harbour. Equipment: 1 double-bed (1.4x2m) and one large bunk bed (2x2m) for up to 3 children, additional mattress on request / mini-kitchen with a fridge, (filter) coffee machine, water boiler, 2 cooking plates, pots/cups ... A separate bathroom reserved for you is on the same level and includes a shower, WC, hair-dryer ... In case of need you can leave your bikes in our garage. You are alone in the basement, we do not use any rooms there during your stay. INCLUDED IN THE ROOM PRICE: W-LAN, towels, bed-linen, use of washing machine and the final cleaning. A breakfast is NOT included, however, there is always some coffee, tee, milk, butter and self-made marmalade. The rest you have to organise yourself or you can buy a breakfast in a bakery (there several in few minutes walking distance). Otherwise there are several coffee shops and restaurants, small book stores and big churches nearby. Supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka) as well as a drugstore and pharmacy are in 5 minutes walking distance. The old town can be discovered within a tour guided by a night watchman. Of course we can provide further tips for tours within and outside the city. In the room there are also some toys for kids, books and games. However, there is no TV at all. VERY IMPORTANT: During the sleeping time we expect a quite behaviour. After 21:00 there should not be any laud noise in the floor and no party in the guest room. Vice versa, we are of course quite too :) . As we have small kids, this condition is very important. In case you cannot promise it, please do not book this room. THANK YOU! Check in before 21:00 only (late check-in not possible). Please do not bring additional guests with you or please talk to us beforehand. Smoking is strictly forbidden both in the house and next to the house. Please no dogs or other animals. And last but not least: Of course we prefer to know something about our guests. In case there are no details in your profile we would appreciate that you write who are you, why do you come to Rostock, ...
