Marina's House

A fully renovated stone-built house with wooden floors and red roof tiles and a tranquil private lemon and olive orchard in the back. The property consists of 2 buildings,on a 250 sq.m. (2500 sq. ft.) plot, the main house and the little house. The main house features 2 bedrooms, each one with private small bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and spacious sitting area-TV room with comfy sofa-bad, with private bathroom with shower. The little house features a very spacious bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with huge shower. Pets are welcome, as long as they stay OUTSIDE both houses, in the large orchard area, which is protected with are high walls all around, ensuring your privacy. Smoking is allowed outside, strictly forbidden in the house, given the nature of floors (wood). Washing Maschine, Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, 32" TV, private orchard I travel a lot for my work. In case we do not meet in person, my family is there to solve any problems. If I am in Petra when you visit, I 'll be at your disposal for enquires, generally though I like to keep a discrete distance so that you enjoy the house in full privacy. The main landmark is the church of Panagia (Mary on the Rock) which can be seen from every corner of the town. My property is 1 min away (walking) from the church, right on a small square, with a typical cafe offering snacks and ouzo in the evening and next to a small mini market. Walking distance to the sandy beach of Petra is 5 min. The post is 3 minutes away. The town of Molyvos is a 7 min drive.
