Modern vintage home + garden near the city centre

Stay in one of the most beautiful districts of Groningen. My house is within walking distance of the center and near the Noorderplantsoen, the beautiful city green. Within a 5-10 minutes walk you are on the Grote Markt, full with restaurants, pubs and cafes. I also have a spare bike that you can use. Suitable for 1 or 2 people. My house is on the ground floor and has a large sunny garden, great for breakfast or even a drink in the evening. You have the whole house for yourself, including a luxurious bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and washing machine. Towels and hairdryer are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances. The toilet is also new. The living- and bedroom are cozy and the bedroom even has a king-size box sping. You will have acces to all the rooms in the house, including the big sunny garden. I always try to welcome my guests in person. Or I will have my friend available. I'm always available for questions! Lovely quiet neigborhood. Nearby the park (Noorderplantsoen) and within walking distance of the city centre. Many things are within walking distance, and I also have a spare bicycle that you can use. Public transport is fully present. Parking is possible at the door (paid). And there is also free parking within a 5-minute walk.
