Cozy appartment in central Odense

The home is an apartment in a high basement with windows above ground. The apartment's living room and bedroom are especially bright spaces. Living room and bedroom are in open connection. Kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated in November 2018. In the apartment is a storage room that we use ourselves. We dont come, while you are there. We make sure that the apartment is clean, and in Corona times, all contact points are sprayed. We also have at least 33 hours between visits. Guests have all rooms in the apartment except the storage room. The home is decorated Scandinavian, bright and modern. The kitchen contains Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, dishwasher, microwave and stove, but no oven. There are also tea towels, dishcloths, salt and pepper. Towels and bed linen are included. The garden is not part of the rental, but you can ask if you would like to sit there for a shorter time. We have a washing machine and drying facilities in an adjoining building, which guests can borrow by arrangement and for a fee. I live in the property myself and an easy to get in touch with. The property is an old renovated townhouse with 3 apartments, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The home is close to H C Andersenhaven / Eventyrhaven, the river and Rådhuspladsen - 400-600 meters. Distance to the train station is 1.4 km Distance to the Odeon is 1 km.
