Casa in Ontinyent with views of Mariola and valley

A single-storey family home with pool, large garden and ample parking. The owner has a separate second storey apartment with separate entrance to attend to pool and general maintenance (but during COVID this may not be in use). The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and new this year is a raised decking area by the pool with glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays. A single storey bungalow with the kitchen on a slightly lower level which accesses directly to the outside. The views from the pool, which sits slightly apart from the house are wonderful and the garden is huge. There are plenty of shady trees to lounge under during the long hot afternoons after lunch Guests have access to the entire property inside and out, including the pool and garden. There is a large vehicle access and separate pedestrian access Guests are left entirely to themselves to enjoy the house, pool and garden. If you would like a breakfast served outside it can be arranged. The owner/caretaker is available 24 hours for any maintenance, help or local advice This is a quiet out-of-town neighbourhood, great for a relaxing weekend or longer stay to spend the summer chilling. I can arrange yoga classes or other activities. Car, bike, walking A rented car would be a good idea. If necessary the owner can arrange airport pick up. Biker friendly, I'm a biker myself.
