Renting a 2 people studio of 16m2 habitable and 30m2 on the ground being on the 1st floor of a separate annex at the back of the house, air-conditioned. Independent entrance with stairs. Studio composed of a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, kitchen and living room with a bed 2 people and a folding bed 1 person. The accommodation is in a quiet residential area. Ottmarsheim border town with Germany (5min) is about 15 minutes from Mulhouse, 20 minutes from Switzerland, 30 minutes from Colmar and 1 hour from Strasbourg. Europapark is 40 minutes away. The accommodation is non-smoking, however smokers and vapers will be able to smoke outside, an ashtray will be put at their disposal. Free parking is in front of the house and 50 meters away. We ask for each end of stay 10 euros for cleaning and an option bed linen and towels for 15 euros. Welcome gifts for each reservation.
