Spacious living room/bedroom. The space has a 1.40m double bed, dinner table/work table, couch & comfortable chair. Very suitable for longer stay. Quiet neighbourhood. Bathroom, kitchen and toilet are shared. Guest are free to use the kitchen and to help themselves to the available tea or coffee. A security deposit of 400 euro will be requested at check-in which will be returned during check-out. It is not possible to use the rented space as a postal address. We welcome you upon arrival and you can contact us through airbnb/phone if we are not home for any questions during your stay. Quiet neighbourhood in the south of the city. Several supermarkets within walking distance. Close access to city park. City center & station is about a 15 min walk away. Easy parking at location available. Bus transportation a street away. Almelo's a great area to start walks and biking trips.
