Wonderful summerhouse by the sea

Welcome to our cozy and newly renovated summerhouse with a beautiful view over the small boat harbour. Relax by the house, on the child friendly beach, or take the more adventurous bath from the rocks. Enjoy the activities the ocean has to offer, explore the genuine fishermans village or visit one of the restaurants. All in a short walking distance. The house is located 50m from the sea where you have easy access to a salty and refreshing swim. The house has 140 sqm living space. Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms and one toilet. The main bedroom has a double bed with a balcony and view over the small boat harbour. The second double bed room has a view over the backyard garden and the third is a singel bedroom with a view over the backyard garden. On the first floor, there is the living/diningroom, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The 40 sqm deck outside the living room has dining furniture, sun chairs and a charcoal grill. There is also a lawn perfect for games and playing. Downstairs in the cozy souterrain bedroom there is a double bed and 2 single bunk beds. This room is equipped with air-condition for a perfect climate. A two car parking space is included. A true luxury since parking in the streets is not allowed during summer months. There is always 3-4 bikes free of use for our guests. TV with 16 channels and Apple and Android TV And you will of course have access to the whole house. It is located by the ocean in the middle of the Swedish westcoast and lies inside an amazing archipelago that gives shelter against the ocean waves. Skaftö is an old cultural area with fishing villages, maritime shipping and bathing as primary source of income. The closeness to the sea and the nature makes Skaftö a paradise for visitors. The summer on Skaftö means blue oceans, salt and sun. In Grundsund you have access to the water in many different ways. A small child friendly beach. A long bridge extends from the harbour and situates beautiful spots for sunbathing and fishing. Several bathing stairs are mounted on the bridge. The island has two golf courses, a pay & play 9 hole course 1 km from the house and an 18 hole course 3 km from the house. The 18 course is a lovely challenge with both wide and narrow parts with beautiful views over the ocean and the cliffs. The nature is close by hiking or biking or kayaking. There are very nice bike and hike trails that binds together large parts of the island. The trails gives a possibility to enjoy the amazing nature on the island. There are several ways to enjoy food and drinks in Grundsund. Have a picknick on the cliffs or in the boat house with shrimps from the local fishing boat or visit the local oceanfront restaurants and cafes. Bed linnen and towels up to nine persons can be arranged upon request.
